Remote support via secure connection
Double First has a secure facility that enables its support staff to connect to your computer if requested to assist via a ticket logged on our Support Centre.
How do we Start?
If we ask you to join us on a Teamviewer session, we will provide you with a session code which you need to insert in this Teamviewer login page.
Since it is up to you to grant access, and SSL is in operation, you can be assured of a secure connection, completely at your control, on a session by session basis.
When the connection is terminated, the session number cannot be re-used.
